With over 15 years of regulatory and compliance experience spanning insurance, financial services, and corporate governance, Jacob brings a sharp strategic mindset and a deep understanding of risk mitigation to our growing compliance team.
Jacob has held leadership roles at organizations such as Hastings Insurance, Allstate, and Walgreens, where he led enterprise-wide compliance initiatives and partnered directly with executive leadership to ensure adherence to complex federal and multi-state requirements. Most recently, he served as Senior Regulatory Compliance Specialist at Hastings Insurance, directing compliance programs across 15+ states and spearheading Model Audit Rule readiness for a $500M+ surplus premium.
His experience includes overseeing Department of Insurance communications, embedding compliance standards in product development, leading multi-year OCC and FDIC audit preparation, and implementing technology-driven monitoring tools to enhance audit readiness.
At Prosidium, Jacob will be instrumental in refining our compliance strategy, strengthening internal controls, and ensuring our operations exceed industry standards. His leadership will support our mission of delivering trusted F&I and capital solutions while upholding the highest levels of integrity and regulatory excellence.
