In her new role, Stephanie will lead high-level dealer engagement initiatives and collaborate across departments to drive innovation and support for our dealer partners nationwide.
Stephanie has been an integral part of Prosidium’s growth as a National Performance Executive, where she built a reputation as an expert in dealership operations, customer success, and tailored solution development. Her deep understanding of dealer needs, paired with her proactive and partner-first approach, has made her a trusted advisor to dealers across the country. Stephanie’s training programs have had a measurable impact on dealership performance through driving consistent increases in product sales, improving CSI scores, and helping reduce staff turnover by equipping teams with the tools and confidence they need to succeed.
