Welcome Steve Rinas
We’re thrilled to announce that Steve Rinas has joined Prosidium as an Account Manager, bringing with him over 20 years of leadership in the automotive and finance sectors.
Throughout his career, Steve has held executive roles across a wide range of disciplines, including operations, credit, collections, sales, and dealer relations. From serving as Senior Vice President of a multi-state lending group to his most recent role as Chief Operating Officer, Steve has earned a reputation for thoughtful leadership, strategic execution, and empowering cross-functional teams. His industry-spanning insights have made him a trusted partner to both retail and lender-side organizations nationwide.
In his new role at Prosidium, Steve will work closely with our current dealer partners to ensure continued support, growth, and retention while also playing a key role in helping us connect with new groups and lenders looking for a more transparent, profitable approach to income development and customer service.
Welcome Tom Evans
We’re pleased to welcome Tom Evans to Prosidium as an Account Manager supporting our dealer network and agency partners nationwide.
Tom is a seasoned business professional with over a decade of experience in automotive finance, dealership operations, and customer experience — and proudly served in the U.S. Army for over 12 years. From the showroom floor to the F&I office, Tom has built a reputation for delivering results through strong client relationships, market insight, and operational excellence. His time in the field gave him a deep appreciation for the day-to-day challenges dealers face, and he brings that same mission-focused mindset to helping them grow.
Welcome Darren Montalto
We are pleased to welcome Darren Montalto to the Prosidium team as our newest Account Manager. Darren brings decades of senior leadership and operational experience within the automotive and dealership sectors, with a proven track record in sales leadership, dealership management, and retail performance optimization.
Throughout his career, Darren has successfully led dealership operations, driven sales growth, and aligned customer-facing strategies with P&L objectives. His experience includes revitalizing underperforming retail platforms, building scalable sales organizations, and developing high-impact dealer partnerships that deliver measurable and sustainable results.
Darren’s ability to collaborate with dealer principals, enhance customer experiences, and support profitable growth makes him a strong addition to Prosidium’s expanding dealer network. In his role, he will be instrumental in strengthening partner relationships and supporting new dealers as they grow with Prosidium’s protection products and income development platform.
