My experience with Prosidium Warranty & Capital was excellent! When my vehicle was totaled, I contacted Prosidium to let them know, and to find out what I needed to do to get the claim going. They were very quick and very responsive, they walked me through what I needed to do, and it was all very simple and easy, they kept me informed of timelines of when I would hear back, etc.

Claims can only be initiated at licensed repair facilities. Use our 24/7 Roadside Assistance to have your vehicle towed to a repair facility and have them call us, or tell them they can file an e-claim on our website.

Please note that if you take your vehicle to a Tesla repair facility, you MUST call us prior. 

TeslaCare is for Tesla vehicles only, however, we do offer EV Care for all other EV vehicles which can be purchased at the time of sale from participating dealerships.
